Policy & Procedures

Horizon Associates will work with your purchasing team to develop the policies and procedures necessary to protect your organisation and ensure best practice.

 

Your policies should cover your purchasing objectives, your code of conduct, your ethical, social and environmental responsibilities, legality, structure and authority levels and safeguarding of your intellectual property, to name but a few. Some organisations will also be subject to European Union Procurement Directives.

 

We will work with you to help you draft unbureaucratic policies and procedures which will minimise purchasing risk, reduce the opportunities for fraud and ensure a consistent approach is adopted throughout your organisation.

 

Our Policies and Procedures team is led by Jonathan Rollason who was president of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply in the UK.
