Horizon recently completed a recruitment outsourcing exercise for a major city firm. This involved outsourcing their I.T. and non I.T. recruitment streams for junior and middle management positions. They recently reviewed the exercise which has released many of the original H.R. team to concentrate on new projects. The conclusions were that this has improved the quality and reduced costs considerably.

KADI gets silver in AAA indoor championships.

We sponsored Kadi to do her winter training in South Africa. She did really well at the AAA championship this weekend. Kadi ran the 200m and came 2nd. She ran 23.72, which is close to her indoor pb of 23.68. She chose not to do the 60m on the sunday as she is still having trouble with her toe. She is doing as much as she can to strengthen her foot and waiting on the orthotics to be fitted. This should take about 10 days.
